Formed in 2013, Paradigm Strategic Partners, Inc. was created to initiate a paradigm shift in the built environment by providing unified and strategic solutions that increase collaboration, efficiency and profitability while decreasing (or eliminating) litigation, change orders and mismanagement during the construction process. We create customized people and process-centric solutions for our clients and partners, and are experts in identifying, assessing, developing and integrating critical processes and personnel.
